In Memory of Eric Mareiro: Support His Family

Eric Bradley Mareiro, 34, of Fall River, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 17, 2024. He was the fiancé of Cassandra Seney.

Born in New Bedford, the son of Anthony Mareiro, Jr. and Terry Smith Brogan, he had resided in Fall River for several years.

Eric was employed as an iron worker for Southcoast Steel and a union member of Local 7 in Boston.

Eric had many interests including working out at the gym, body building and strong man competitions. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, motocross biking, trucks of all kinds and a cold Bud Light. A big softy with a heart of gold, Eric had a loud, infectious and contagious laugh. Most of all, he was the greatest father, brother and uncle who will be missed beyond words.

Surviving in addition to his parents and fiancée are his children, Bradley Mareiro and Thomas “TJ” Sousa; his sister, Jessica Lynne Mareiro and husband Tony Gupta; his brother, Thomas Brogan; his step-father, William Brogan; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

A Celebration of Eric’s Life will be announced in the near future.
