Eric A. Thornhill and Queen Muse Family Fund

Eric A. Thornhill, Jr., age 33, transitioned on December 2nd, due to a brief but sudden illness. A talented artist, dearly loved, by Queen Muse—his rib, soul mate and best friend—Eric was a witty and light-hearted friend, son, brother, father and step-father. His passing was an untimely and unexpected loss to his loved ones, family and friends.
He leaves behind (the love of his lifetime) Queen Muse, their three-year-old son, Kismet Thornhill, and his 11-year-old step-daughter, Aniyah Evans. He is also survived by his mother, Deneen Cooke and Jeff Cooke (co-parent), Eric Alan Thornhill, Sr. (father), Glenn Davis, Sr. (step-father), Glenn Davis, Jr. (step-brother), and his younger sister, Zora Davis. They could all use our support during this time of grieving.
Eric loved and cared for all those around him, providing support to his sister (a fellow/talented artist); funding daycare and developmental therapy for Kismet, with Special Needs due to a recent, successful ear surgery; and co-parenting Aniyah, who he loved dearly. Even now, he has continued to give to those around him by donating his organs to save lives.
Now we as a community have the opportunity to give in Eric’s memory, to help fulfill the many obligations that must continue on, in his honor, and despite his physical absence. Any assistance will go toward: Kismet’s therapy; to help the family store his artwork and belongings (for his three-year-old son’s memory of Eric and his life pursuits as a father and an artist); replacement of the vehicle in which emergency services were attempted to save his life; and to provide help for all of the things that Eric did to hold up his loved ones and family.
