On late Friday night June 14th, Erik got into a single car accident on his way up to his favorite place, Lake Wallenpaupack. There are no words to describe how devastating this loss is for the Sonsteby family & everyone that knew Erik.
Erik was always the man anyone could go to if they needed a smile. His warm smile, wide grin and radiance enveloped all who crossed his path.
His favorite place to be was at his cabin at lake Wallenpaupack where you could find Erik listening to his Grateful Dead CD’s with a beer in his hand. The weekend before this terrible accident Erik proclaimed that he was having the best weekend of his life surrounded by family and friends while on the lake.
The funds will will be used to support the family assist with funeral expenses.
