In Memory of Ethan Harrell

This page has been created to honor the life of Ethan Harrell, who was tragically taken from us at 19 years old on August 13, 2021.

Ethan was a funny, intelligent, caring young man with a heart of gold. He enjoyed fixing things, especially automobiles, and was pursuing a certification in welding at West KY tech. He loved his family, and is survived by his father Doug(Karen) Harrell and mother Tammy(Joey) Adair, and siblings Marcus(Rachael) Harrell, Autumn(Jeremy) Robinson, and Summer and Mia Adair. He is also survived by his loving girlfriend, Sarah Collins. He was employed by David Craig for several years, who became like family to him.

In this time of mourning and heartache, Ethan’s family needs our emotional and financial support. We want Ethan to have the beautiful funeral ceremony that he deserves, and a tombstone that reflects how much he was loved. We are asking for donations to support his family during this tough time. All of the proceeds will go to Doug Harrell and Tammy Adair to help offset funeral costs and provide for their families during their time away from work.
