In Memory of Frank Meraz - Dad, Veteran, Marine

Frank Meraz was one of the most kind-hearted souls you would ever meet. A marine, a Vietnam veteran, an amazing single dad to 5 children, and a family member whom all loved dearly. Sadly, Frank passed away in the early morning of September 20, 2023, with his 5 children trying to figure out the next steps, funeral costs, and more. Frank's heart was always well-intentioned, making everyone he met feel safe, warm, loved, and accepted. He worked hard for his family, to support his family, and to be a home for those around him. His priorities were always his kids and their having a safe and loving space. He loved generously and cared deeply, and his laugh was contagious. Anyone who knew Frank knew that they could call him if they were in need and that he would help where he could. He spoke to people with kindness and love and was the same person you would meet on the street, at work, or with family. He served his country proudly as a Marine and honored his commitment as a father and member of his family. We are already deeply grieving our loss of Frank on this day, knowing everyone's lives will forever be changed. Donations from this fundraiser are going directly to his 5 children for funeral costs and rebuilding their lives as they try to navigate life without their amazing dad.
