In memory of friend and colleague Dion Smith

I'm raising money for in aid of ANDYSMANCLUB in memory of my friend and colleague Dion Smith who passed away this time last year.

During this week long trek to the summit of Africa's largest mountain, Kilimanjaro, I had to overcome some of the largest mental challenges I have ever faced. With a limited support network and a feeling of isolation not felt before. Luckily, I had at least one person to talk with which made all the difference and got us through it.

Around the country there are men who do not feel they even have that one person who they can talk with to overcome the daily grind of life.

Who facilitate non professional peer to peer support groups across the Uk and Scotland for any man to attend over 18. They provide a confidential non judgemental space for men to come together to chat about anything that they would like to get off of their chest. They have no waiting list, no referral or signing in process.
