Gabriel Shane Cohen, 38, passed away on November 16, 2023. Gabe was a bright light within Magnite and his extended community. Gabe started with SpotX in 2019 in Chicago, then became a part of the Magnite team in 2021. Gabe had an incredible impact on those of us lucky enough to work with him, as well as the business. Gabe radiated positivity, energy, and kindness that graced all those he encountered. He was a beloved member of the adtech community.

Beyond his impact at work, no one would ever doubt Gabe's true passion and ultimate focus, his family. He was a devoted husband and father to his children and loved nothing more than being in their presence.
