RIP my beautiful girl ❤️ Gabriela Zajickova 1992-2025

I am absolutely heartbroken that my beautiful daughter Gabriela passed away suddenly yesterday morning. From a very young age, "G", as she was known affectionately by those who knew and loved her, was just this truly amazing beam of light, creativity and beauty who brought joy and positivity to all around her.  

I am devastated as she was my entire world, and she brought so much love and joy not only to myself but her entire family both here and in the Czech Republic. She leaves behind not only a family who loved and cared for her dearly but also a huge circle of friends whose lives she touched in her own special way during her all too short time on this earth.

Always striving to be the best person she could be, she cared deeply for those she loved; she was sensitive and nurturing and had an amazing affinity with animals. Throughout her life she always tried to find a way of helping others to find their own path in life, and had the ability to bring out the best in everyone and she will be missed enormously by all whose lives she touched. 

We will be holding a celebration of her life in the Boston area in the coming weeks and later she will be laid to rest in Prague beside her father, Pavel, who passed away in 2024. I intend to travel with her remains and say a final farewell to the country in which she was born and grew up until she moved the United States at the age of 19.

Unfortunately due to the unexpected and untimely nature of her passing, I have had to set up a GoFundMe page to cover the costs associated with her death. And ask those who knew her and who remember her with love and kindness to help in any way that they can at this difficult time. Your contributions will be so gratefully appreciated and always remembered.
