Funeral of George Meegan (the guy in the middle)

I'm sad to announce that my dad George Meegan passed away in the morning of 10th January 2024, in Blackburn Royal Hospital, UK. (Aspiration pneumonia, underlying condition was Alzheimer's.) We are having his body cremated locally, and will hold a service and wake at St. Margaret's church, Rainham, Kent on Sat 23rd March 2024. The cost of cremation, stone tablet and internment of ashes is £2,510, which I have to pay soon. Later on, if I am able to receive government funding for his funeral cost, any remaining contributions will go towards putting up a memorial plaque in his hometown Rainham, to commemorate his big walk. We miss him dearly. Thank you so much.
