In Memory of George Oquendo

It is with a heavy heart that we share that on November 16, 2021, we lost an amazing soul tragically. George was so many things to so many people. He was a wonderful partner, father, friend, son, brother, and uncle. George leaves behind his significant other Alissa and his two children, Juliana, and Vinny along with his extended family and friends. Between doing arts and crafts with his daughter, coaching football for his son, going on vacations or just spending quality time with his friends and family, those were always the things that George enjoyed most. He was an amicable man who would do anything for his loved ones. Whether it was working with his hands or helping people out with their own projects, George was always the one you could go to. If you needed help with anything he would find a way to fix it because he always loved to challenge himself. George always found ways to help his friends and family out because that is how much love he had to give. Anyone who was lucky enough to have known him would say he was family-oriented, a hard worker, and the kindest person you could have ever met. George would always go above and beyond for anyone, no matter how long he has known you. I wish there were enough words that could describe how much of a loving, kind hearted, amazing person George was, and he will always leave an impression on our hearts and lives forever.
George’s family is now faced with the unimaginable task of carrying on without him. We are asking for any donations that you can provide to help with future expenses for the kids. No amount is too small. We are profoundly grateful for any assistance that you may be able and/or willing to provide during this extremely tough time.
