In Memory of Gordon Miner: Support His Family

Hello, my name is Alora Miner and I am making this go FUND me account to hopefully Help support Myself and my family through a very difficult time In our lives, As of November 10th at or around midnight MY BEAUTIFUL ONE OF A KIND father GORDON B MINER JR finally let go and went home to heaven with Jesus, his mother, father , sister and many many more after I went into his hospital room one last time around 1130pm and whispered dad its ok im ok and your grand babies are ok now please let go its your time to finally be done suffering. i walked away and not even 40 mintues later i received the call saying he finally let go. I had been sleeping in his hospital room for 48hrs straight hrs waiting and waiting not ever wanting to leave so he wasnt alone when he decided to go and that morning on Saturday I had to go to work all weekend which i was very upset about because i could feel it coming! see not only did I care for my beautiful father for the last 3 plus years but this has also been my career for the last 7 years!! so I felt it coming and knew the signs because I've watched and helped so many others pass over and I wanted to make sure that I could and would do that with my father. The lord heard me and I was the last person to see or speak to him and that alone brings me so much peace and closure. And now we come to a hard place where my Father has helped me and my 3 children financially for almost three years now since I took over his care and he was diagnosed with cancer!! When he went into remission We bought a home together in grass valley so we could all be together comfortably. This home has a substantial mortgage payment and he helped me every month to keep that roof over mine and my babies heads. I didn't always have my childerns dads around and I have struggled through life Many times with substance abuse and mental health just like my father did but HIM AND I WERE always there for EACHOTHER no matter what. Now I'm not sure how we will move forward or where we will live but what I do know is that he didn't want us to struggle financially putting him to rest, So I'm reaching out in hopes that with all of the people's lives/hearts that my father touched and helped Maybe we can receive some of that generosity and kindess in return. We appreciate anything even a prayer right now will go a long way for my family. My dad loved a lot of people and was loved by a lot of people. He lived a FULL life he had four childern and Seven grandchildrand. Again I feel so blessed that I was the one to be able to be with him all of these years. Watching him experience the beauty of seeing my 3 children grow up, although I wish he could have been here longer and seen more The last couple years of his life were very painful And it was very hard to watch But he always kept a smile on his face No matter the circumstances and gave all the attention He could to his 3 grand babies that he adored!!! He would always tell me don't worry alora Jesus loves you and he will make sure everything will be okay! I know he is right and i trust that Jesus will be with us through this very difficult process my heart is finally at ease because my father will never have to feel pain and suffering again and for that I'm eternally grateful. Thank you to everyone who can help support us in this very hard time.
