In Memory of Grace Pophal

Grace Pophal, 31, of Cleveland Heights, Ohio passed away on July 7, 2023 after a long battle with cancer. Grace left behind: Richard Desmond her devoted fiancé and care partner for the entirety of her illness, her parents Michael and Patricia Pophal (nee Harmon) (Westlake), sisters Erin (Cleveland) and Julia (Denver), grandparents Barbara and Charles (deceased) Pophal and Judith and Richard Harmon and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Grace was a Westlake High School and Ohio State University graduate, and a beautiful person who spread joy and happiness wherever she went. She was surrounded by loved ones when she passed. As per Grace's request, no wake will be held and services will be private for the family. We invite you to make a donation to Melanoma Research Foundation (melanoma.org) in her honor, in place of sending flowers. Her life and memory will be celebrated and carried on by her loved ones.
