In loving memory of parents killed in BC mudslide

It is with the greatest sorrow that I share the passing of Anita and Mirsad Hadzic. On November 15th the couple was on their way home from a weekend getaway at the Sparkling Hills resort, when they fell victims to the mudslide that hit highway 99 between Pemberton and Lillooet. The couple left behind their 2 year old daughter.

 

Anita and Mirsad were the most wonderful parents. They were kind, hardworking and loved by so many. 

 

Many have reached out since the news of their passing with intentions to help out with donations for their daughter.  I have started this fund with the blessings of both of the families to help save for her education and her future.

 

Anita and Mirsad were highschool sweethearts, I remember her telling me they couldn’t stand being apart, and they are now together for all eternity.

 

Anything you wish to donate is greatly appreciated. Their daughter is in the care of her family and the memory of her parents will live on through them and her.

 

Please hold your loved ones and let them know how much you love them, life is more fragile than we can imagine.
