Funeral Expenses for Isabel Blanco Vasquez (Izzy)

It's with a heavy heart that we have to inform our family and friends of the unexpected passing of Isabel Vasquez (Izzy). Izzy was an amazing daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend. Isabel was a student at UC Davis in her 3rd year, majoring in Chicano Studies and minoring in Animal Science. She loved helping animals; she was generous and kind beyond belief. She could light up the room with her goofy, beautiful self, so full of life. We loved her! Words cannot describe how difficult this has been; it was a sudden and unexpected passing, leaving our family heartbroken.

Some of you have reached out and asked how you can help the family during this time. Know that your kindness is much appreciated as we navigate this heartbreaking moment.

With all of the emotional pain and stress that death brings, it can also bring financial burdens. We would like to raise money for Izzy's funeral expenses. Anything helps ease the massive burden off the family.

Con el corazón destrozado les informamos a nuestros familiares y amigos del fallecimiento inesperado de Isabel Vasquez Blanco(Izzy). Izzy era una extraordinaria hija, nieta, hermana, sobrina, prima y amiga. Isabel era estudiante de la Universidad de California, Davis, donde estudiaba su 3er año de licenciatura en Chicano Studies y Animal Science. Amaba ayudar a los animales y a la comunidad. Isabel nos alegraba con su sonrisa cuando entraba a cualquier lugar; su forma de ser tan simpática y tan llena de vida nos alegraba a toda la familia. No hay palabras para expresar el dolor que está pasando nuestra familia con esta trágica noticia.

Nos han preguntado cómo pueden ayudarnos durante este tiempo tan difícil para nosotros. Gracias por preocuparse por nosotros y por su ayuda.
