A dream dies before it comes true – on July 18th, 2023, Iyaz Ahmed (Romem) who was found shot in the head inside the BP convenience store in the Hampton Avenue, St. Louis, MO at 3:30am. He was only 22-year-old & was originally from Bangladesh and was adopted by his aunt, Rahana Begum, after his father died. He was a graduate of Parkway Central High School, and he was working on a college degree in I.T.

Iyaz was a young, promising individual with a bright future ahead. His sudden and tragic death has left his entire family in shock and grief. The incident of his brutal death has devastated each of us. He had some dreams that will never comes true ……. his dreams were to provide his sick mother best treatment, to get a job in the IT field, to buy a new house, to bring his family here.
He was a loving young, promising, loyal, and dynamic individual and leaves behind his sick mother, brother, aunt, niece, and friend to so many.
