In memory of Jacob Hazelton

Jacob was loved by so many. Sometimes the weight of the world is to much to bare. As humans we fight many silent battles. The darkness of the devil consumes us and we make permanent decisions. He was a strong amazing soul and will be greatly missed.

A parent's worse fear is to out live their children. To lose a child is an unimaginable grief one should never endure. Please help them have time to grieve. Please help lift some of the financial burden so they can process their loss.
