In Memory of Lina “Jamie” Contreras

Lina Contreras was a loving mother and a great friend to many.  She was selfless and spent her life helping others. On December 16, 2020, Lina was diagnosed with Covid-19. Her health took a toll due to pre-existing conditions. On January 21, 2021 Lena lost her battle to Covid. This was 23 days following the passing of her mother, Adelina.  Adelina, too lost her battle to Covid-19. Lena is survived by her 19 year old daughter Mary-Kate.

During this difficult time, many people have reached out to Mary-Kate. She is very thankful for everyone's kind words and prayers.  For those asking if there are ways to help Mary-Kate, she is in need of assistance covering expenses due to hospital bills and funeral arrangements. Any donation is deeply appreciated and thank you in advance for your kind heart.  

Lena walked through the pearly gates of heaven while her favorite song Faithfully (Journey) played in the background. She will be forever in the hearts of her family and friends. Rest in Peace.
