In Memory of Jane Fullenkamp
Donations made to Jane’s Memorial will be transferred to Charlie Pratt’s Medical Fund.
Charlie Pratt, one of Jane’s great grandchildren, was born with Cerebral Palsy, a medical condition caused by a brain injury that affects muscle and movement coordination. There are varying degrees of severity in people with Cerebral Palsy. Charlie cannot walk, crawl, or sit. In addition to this, he also suffers from Epilepsy and various developmental delays. Charlie requires many different therapies, equipment, and supplies to maintain his condition. Many of these are unfortunately not covered by insurance. Your donations will go to helping Charlie continue to receive these essentials and give him the highest quality of life possible.
Although Charlie may have Cerebral Palsy, it does not stop him from being one of the funniest, most intelligent kids we know. He enjoys going on walks, going to developmental preschool, watching tv, but especially playing with his big brother, Jones. He loves to make noises, and is even starting to communicate with an Eye Gaze device. He is making huge gains in his movement and is starting to roll. Although he mostly is fed through a feeding tube, he is practicing eating purées and loves bananas and avocados. All of this has been possible from his therapies and the continuing love and support from his family and friends.
