In Memory of Javi: Aid for His Mom and Abuela

To our family and friends, thank you for supporting us during this difficult time. We are heartbroken to share that our beloved brother Javi passed away suddenly on November 30th at the young age of 43. He was a bright light, a loving brother, friend and son. He touched so many lives with his generosity and kindness.

Our mom suffered a severe stroke in 2022 causing her to be handicapped and needs 24/7 care due to her inability to essentially do anything for herself. Javi dropped everything and dedicated his life to being her primary caretaker, taking her to appointments, caring for her daily needs, and finding a new place to live together. This selfless sacrifice is forever part of his legacy of love and dedication.

Unfortunately, it has been very difficult for the family to stay on top of covering all medical and living costs for Javi and our abuela to care for Evelyn and our family is trying to navigate this financial burden on top of the unbelievable loss of Javi.
