Jay leaves behind his cherished wife Jennette and their three children—Jordan, James, and Joe—each of whom carries forward his legacy of love and strength.

Jay dedicated his life to others, serving as a US Coast Guard swimmer, a founding member of Atlantic Air 1 Medevac, and a devoted nurse at Robert Wood Johnson. He was not just a hero in his professional life, but a beloved friend and mentor who touched countless lives with his kindness, wit, and unwavering commitment to those in need.

For those who knew Jay, no further introduction is necessary. His impact speaks for itself. Jay gave selflessly to his family, friends, and country, embodying the true spirit of service. He believed in hard work, personal responsibility, and financial discipline. However, nothing could prepare a family for the hardships associated with a years long debilitating disease and the loss of their primary income. Now, as his family navigates the profound loss of their beloved Jay, we humbly ask for your support.

We aim to provide comfort and support for Jay’s family during this challenging time. While their needs are many, including continuing education for one of his children, this fund is a way for those who loved Jay to come together and show their support.
