In Loving Memory of Jeffrey Leavitt

It is with heavy hearts that we mourn the loss of our dear Jeffrey Leavitt, who passed away this week due to a ruptured AVM. At just 19 years old, Jeff was in his second year at San Jose State University, pursuing his dream of becoming a nurse and helping others.

Jeff was known for his incredible kindness and generosity. He formed meaningful relationships with everyone he encountered, leaving a lasting impact on their lives. He nurtured his close friendships and inspired those around him to reach for their dreams.

He leaves behind his sister Kellyn, his mother Angel, and countless friends who cherished him. Jeff blessed all who knew him with beautiful memories and an unwavering positivity that was truly infectious.

Although Jeffrey has tragically left us, his generous donation of organs has given four other Californians a better chance to live. His heart is still beating strongly here, and his life lives on in another form in those four Californians. He left behind a legacy of love, and the world will be a better place because of Jeffrey.
