In Memory of Jessica April

I am hosting this Go Fund Me request on the behalf of my sister Karin Meyer. Karin is been battling Primary Peritoneal Cancer since October. She has come to terms with this cancer and all this entails. The cost of treatment is very high, and her family has barely been managing to handle the costs of her treatment. Last week Karin learned that her daughter Jessica April Danser, born on April 1, 1983, was admitted to the hospital with multiple organ failures.  

Jessica died on March 21, 2019.  The sudden and unexpected death of her daughter had a terrible toll on Karin and her family, and their faith is the only thing helping them carry on. Jessica was a beautiful woman with a tremendous and giving spirit. Her family and her God meant everything to her. 

In addition to the grief, the issue of covering the expenses of Jessica's funeral weigh heavy on Karin. All of Karin's resources are already obligated for paying her mounting medical bills.  It is a terrible thing for a mother to have to bury her daughter, but this is especially tragic as Karin is dealing with her own mortality.

Karin would very much like to be able to offer Jessica a  Celebration of Life for her surviving family. Please consider donating to this fund to honor the memory of Jessica April Danser. Any donated funds that are in excess of the costs of Jessica's funeral will be put aside for Karin's medical bills.
