In Memory of Joe Rinaldi

Joseph ‘Joe’ Rinaldi passed away from Traumatic Brain Injury on Friday August 2, 2024. This GoFundMe is for the benefit of his two children.

Services will be held on Saturday August 10, 2024 at the New Hyde Park Funeral Home, 506 Lakeville Road, New Hyde Park, NY 11040 www.nhpfh.com Visitation is 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm with a Funeral Service called for 7:30 pm (It is not at 4:30 as stated in the last version)

A Second Memorial Service will be held at The Brooklyn Bar Association in September.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our dear family member, colleague and friend, Joseph ‘Joe’ Rinaldi, who left us on Friday, August 2, 2024. Joe’s departure marks the end of a courageous battle against a traumatic brain injury (TBI) that he endured for over five years. His strength, resilience, and unwavering spirit throughout this challenging period were a testament to his character and an inspiration to all who knew him.

Joe was a remarkable individual and an even better Attorney, known for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering loyalty to his friends, family and all who encountered him. His presence brought warmth and joy to every room he entered, and his laughter was contagious. Joe’s ability to find light in the darkest of times was a true gift, and he often provided comfort and support to those around him, even when he was facing his own struggles.

Born and raised in our community, Joe was a beloved father, brother, friend, colleague, neighbor and even an admired adversary. His presence in the Kings Legal Community is unmatched.

His commitment to his family was unparalleled. He was a dedicated father to his two children, always putting their needs above his own and providing them with unwavering love and support.
