In Memory of Joe Russell for Funeral Expenses

On Friday, October 18, 2024, a wonderful man lost his life to a tragic accident. Joe Russell was a man who loved his family and friends with all of his heart. He was the person everyone could call, and he would be there no matter what. He always had a smile on his face and was always making everyone around him smile too. He would give you the shirt off his back or his plate of food just to be sure you had what you needed.

This GoFundMe is being set up for his wife, Tammy, my best friend of 46 years, to be able to help with the financial burden of funeral expenses and other expenses that occur during a tragic time such as this.
