In Memory of John Aquino

This is Heather, John’s wife… Many of asked what the kids and I need and we just don’t know right now. So my friend (and manager), Pam Davenport, suggested that we set up a GoFundMe to help with some of the costs we will incur.

On Friday, November 4, 2022, John Aquino suddenly and unexpectedly passed away at the age of 56. He was preceded in death by his father Samuel Aquino, mother Ruby Aquino and daughter Alexandra “Lexi” Aquino.

He leaves behind his wife, Heather, son, Carson and daughter, Mallory all of St. Albans, WV; sisters Mary Pat (David) Adkins of Richmond, VA, Cindy (Joe) Fisher of Naples, FL, and Beth (Kerry) Greer of Moroville, IL; brother Joe (Terri) of Canvas, WV; nieces Kate (Joe) Baumann, Amy Fisher, Maria (Joe) Spurlock and Molly Bowen; nephews Chris Adkins, Samuel (Jenna) Aquino, Kevin Greer, and Tyler (Lacey) Fisher.

John had a sense of humor like no other and loved a good laugh. He loved his family beyond measure, especially his three children. He was a diehard WVU Mountaineers football and basketball fan and loved going to games to watch them play. He was also a devoted Dallas Cowboys fan, despite never gettting the opportunity to see them play in person.

John and I had just celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in May of this year, and had been together almost 27 years total - more than half of my life. Mallory and Carson are just as devastated as I am am and none of us can imagine a life without him. We want just one more day, one more hour, one more hug, more... we just want more.

Per John’s wishes, no services are planned. If this changes at some point in the future, we will announce it later. Please keep us, as well as John’s sisters, Mary Pat, Cindy and Beth, and brother Joe, and their families, in your thoughts as we try to process his passing.
