In memory of John Henry

Hi my name is Breeanna Judy-Kramer, a long time friend of the Henry family. In fact, I have known John since I was a kid; my brothers were in Boy Scouts with him and I was in Camp Fire with Becky, John's sister.

If you knew John, then you knew he was a caring and compassionate friend. I know when my dad passed a year and a half ago, he stepped right up and didn't hesitate to assist Becky and myself in coordination of the rentals by showing up early to set up and staying late to tear down. I know he had his demons, like we all do, but I don't remember ever seeing him without a smile, and a willingness to help.

This past week brought the family tragic news when John passed away from an unexpected accident. The hospital did all that they could to save him, but was unsuccessful. Although the bills have not shown up yet, there will be many, and as we all know, insurance will only cover so much. Plus the cost of the expenses associated with the funeral seem to always be more than one expects.

John leaves behind a loving wife, Shawna, a charismatic son, Josef, and a beautiful daughter, Bella; as well as a robust family and group of friends. In his last hours, the hospital staff kept referring to the group of supporters and loved ones as "the party" because there were so many who showed up when they heard the news.
