In Memory of Jose Luis Ibarez: Funeral Support Needed

It is with profound sadness that we announce our father Jose Luis Ibarez passed away on July 10, following a long-term illness that resulted from a severe stroke he experienced 13 years earlier. For those who didn’t get the pleasure of meeting him, Jose also known as “ El Prieto”, was an extraordinary friend, father, son, brother and much more. Jose was radiating joy, care, love, a man full of lessons. One thing of many that defined my father was the simple fact that he was above all the most helping hand person I ever knew. My father was the quickest to assist someone whenever he knew he could be of help and even if he couldn’t, he’d find a way, that was truly just who he was. My father fought to the finish just how the family knew he would, He engraved that characteristic into my siblings and I and we will carry that in us for the rest of our lives. Given the recent events leading to Jose's passing, donations will be utilized to financially support the family, specifically addressing covering funeral expenses. Your support means a lot to us and absolutely anything is truly appreciated.

____________________________________________________________ Con profunda tristeza anunciamos que nuestro padre José Luis Ibarez falleció el 10 de Julio, luego de una enfermedad prolongada como resultado de un derrame cerebral grave que sufrió 13 años atras. Para aquellos que no tuvieron el placer de conocerlo, José también conocido como “El Prieto”, fue un extraordinario amigo, padre, hijo, hermano y mucho más. José irradiaba alegría, cariño, amor, un hombre lleno de lecciones. Una de las muchas cosas que definieron a mi padre fue el simple hecho de que era, sobre todo, la persona más servicial que jamás conocí. Mi padre era el más rápido en ayudar a alguien cuando sabía que podía ser de ayuda e incluso si no podía, encontraba la manera de hacerlo, eso era realmente lo que él era. Mi padre luchó hasta el final tal como la familia sabía que lo haría. Grabó esa característica en mis hermanos y en mí y la llevaremos en nosotros por el resto de nuestras vidas. Dados los recientes acontecimientos que llevaron al fallecimiento de nuestro padre, las donaciones se utilizarán para apoyar financieramente a la familia, específicamente para cubrir los gastos del funeral.
