In Memory of Jose Murillo

Jose Murillo was a loving husband, father, brother & son. On August 15, 2023, Jose was taken from us in a fatal car accident on his way to work. We are asking that you help his family during this difficult time.
It saddens us to make this story. It is an unimaginable situation that is hurting many. He was loved by everyone who met him. Jose was known for his humor, great heart, and welcoming personality. Above all, he was a man who carried out his days ensuring that his family was taken care of.
Today, we have the hurtful task of returning this favor to him. He leaves behind his beloved wife, two sons, ages 4 and 2, and a broken family. We ask that you help his family recover financially: for funeral expenses, lost wages, etc.
He will forever live in us. We aim to commemorate his life through the many things he loved the most. We will laugh, we will smile, and we will always have a good time, as Jose would want.
We appreciate everyone who is helping us during these troubling times. We will be strong for you Jose, as you were always for us.

The following letter is from Alexandra, his wife, to Jose:
My love, just wanted to let you know how loved you are… you are the heart of the family and you left all of us heartbroken. It wasn’t time for you to go, I know you did not expect it, you did not want it. You were always scared that something could happen to you and you would have left us. Yesterday, you were just going to work, so early for your family and a car crashed into you.
We had accomplished so many goals but had a lot more to do. You wanted to see our kids grow, play sports and be in college.
Thank you for being my husband, my partner, my best friend, the daddy to our boys. You sacrificed everything for our family, so we can always be good and happy.
Thank you for always making me laugh, for making me happy all these years, for always pushing me to do better.
Our baby boys don’t understand yet, but believe me they miss you already, you were our support, in every way, but most importantly emotionally, on your bad days you always had a smile on your face, on your tired days you would drink coffee so we can spend more time together. Always making sure people around you were happy as well. My love, you were perfect. So kind, humble, loving, caring. We are going to miss you. I just want to ask you for strength, please help me to be strong for our babies so I can raise them happy. I love you and I will always do.
