In Loving Memory of Joseph Agwanda
Donation protected
On February 21st, 2017 we lost a beloved brother, son, and friend. Joseph Agwanda touched many hearts in his short time on this earth. Every one who knew Joe could attest for his incredible work ethic and dedication. Joe truly believed he could achieve anything he put his mind to. Joseph earned his way on to almost every Abby Kelley Foster Charter School sports team. Besides his athletic prowess, he was also a briliant student. While juggling athletics, the national honor society, and incredibly challenging IB courses he manged to secure a spot at the top of his class.
I think I speak for all the faculty and students at Abby Kelley when I say that Joe could light up any room. From his rapping days as Kyd Epyc to dancing behind teachers (Mr. Kursonis) for the Ellen dance dare video, he made sure there was never a dull moment.
I had the pleasure of growing up with Joe and I can't thank him enough for challenging me to be the best I could be. Its hard to imagine a world without his guidance and positivity. I love you JoJo.
The funds collected through this Go Fund Me account will directly support the Agwanda family for funeral related expenses. Joseph will be brought back to his home country of Kenya on March 11th, 2017 to be laid to rest. We are asking for the support of our community in this time of need. Our goal through the use of this Go Fund Me account is to raise $10,000 before he is brought home to Kenya.
Even If you can't donate, please feel free to leave your condolences below and share this with friends and family.
Any donation is sincerely appreciated. If you have any questions feel free to email me at:

We hope and pray that Joe has found his peace and solidarity. Rest easy JoJo.
