More information about WIRES - NSW WILDLIFE INFORMATION AND RESCUE: WIRES is Australia's largest wildlife rescue organisation and has been rescuing and caring for sick, injured and orphaned native animals for over 37 years. WIRES operate a dedicated Wildlife Rescue Office assisting wildlife across Australia 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. They support thousands of dedicated wildlife carers and resource a growing fleet of Wildlife Ambulances with full-time Emergency Responders in NSW, QLD and TAS. In the last year, more than 130,000 native animals were assisted by WIRES.
