As many of you may know, JR lost his mother, unexpectedly, earlier this week. Meggie and I thought there would be no better way to rally around JR, Brenden, and Beth's extended family and friends, than to raise money for a cause she cared deeply about.
We organized the gofundme to make it easier for Salesforce to ultimately match our contribution.
We will be making a donation to Promise Schools, a NPO school management group, that raises money annually for scholarships to help students from Detroit attend and graduate from college.
