In Memory of Juan Barbosa: Funeral Fund

My name is Ana, and I'm raising funds to help my family pay for by brother's funeral expenses ( Juan Antonio Barbosa ). On Aug 22nd, 2024 my brother was shot and killed in front of my mother and nephew by a Mustang Police officer, even though he was unarmed.

But due to this being so recent and this still being an ongoing investigation with OSBI, I can only provide so much information.

But what I can say is that my brother didn't deserve to die that day. He was a good son, a good brother and a good uncle. WE MISS HIM VERY MUCH. AND WE MISS HIM EVERY DAY. It's still so hard to accept that he's no longer with us. As I write part of his story, my heart breaks and I'm in tears. This is a nightmare we can't wake up from, and my mother and nephew relive this nightmare every day.

Due to my brother's passing.. the funds raised will go towards my brother's funeral cost. Any and all donations will be greatly appreciated in this difficult time. This will help alleviate the financial strain this has brought to my family. God bless you for your kindness and support.

Mi nombre es Ana y estoy recaudando fondos para ayudar a mi familia a pagar los gastos del funeral de mi hermano (Juan Antonio Barbosa). El 22 de agosto de 2024, un oficial de policía de Mustang mató a tiros a mi hermano delante de mi madre y mi sobrino, a pesar de que estaba desarmado.

Pero debido a que esto es tan reciente y todavía es una investigación en curso con OSBI, solo puedo proporcionar cierta información.

Pero lo que puedo decir es que mi hermano no merecía morir ese día. Era un buen hijo, un buen hermano y un buen tío. LO EXTRAÑAMOS MUCHO. Y LO EXTRAÑAMOS CADA DÍA. Todavía es muy difícil aceptar que ya no está con nosotros. Mientras escribo parte de su historia, mi corazón se rompe y lloro. Esta es una pesadilla de la que no podemos despertar, y mi madre y mi sobrino reviven esta pesadilla todos los días.

Debido al fallecimiento de mi hermano... los fondos recaudados se destinarán a los gastos del funeral de mi hermano. Todas y cada una de las donaciones serán muy apreciadas en este momento difícil. Esto ayudará a aliviar la tensión financiera que esto ha traído a mi familia. Dios los bendiga por su amabilidad y apoyo.
