Julissa
On Saturday the 29th of January we sadly lost our beloved Julissa. Both family and friends are finding it extremely difficult to come to terms with the loss of such a beautiful soul.
Julissa had a wonderful spirit and a smile to match which she always tried to share with those she encountered, regardless of the day.
Julissa had a big heart and believed in family and always wanted those around her to know how much she cared. She is a beloved Daughter, Sister, Aunt, Niece and Cousin - a dear friend to many, and above all she was a passionate soul.
Those who got to know Julissa know that she LIVED for being who she was and for fighting for the right to be treated as an equal. At the age of 15 she transitioned into her most beautiful form and never looked back; With the support of her family and friends she flourished. She has love all around her but she also had to endure a cruel world full of injustice and inequality. She struggled with depression and it ultimately consumed her, even with all she accomplished, she felt like there was more to be done and the pressure of living up to everything she stood for weighed heavy on her.
We want Julissa to be remembered for what she was: a loving sister; a caring aunt; a beacon of light in the darkness; and a shoulder to lean on in your darkest hour. She was an inspiration to many who endured the same struggles as she did.
This fundraiser is to honor her life in hopes to show her the same type of love and care that we all know she deserves.
The money will be used to cover all funeral and burial expenses as well as any other expense arising from her unforeseen passing.
Please help the family during this hard and difficult time. Any support will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you all in advance.
