In Memory of Justin Tyme Harper

Justin was a generous and fun loving guy and a wonderful friend to all who knew him. He believed in peace and love, and avoided conflict.  He always had an open heart to anyone he came across. He loved his family and his close circle of friends. He was a die hard romantic and the last of the chivalrous gentleman. He loved working on cars and spending time fishing with friends.  Justin was tragically murdered and his life was taken much too soon. He is survived by his loving parents Kevin and Carolyn Harper, sister Kelly Holt, neice Alexiz and extended family in California and Germany.  This horrific and unexpected loss has left the family reeling. Please help reduce the stress and financial strain on the family as they make their final arrangements.
