In Memory of Kal Grady

Early Wednesday, Kalvin “Kal” Grady passed suddenly and unexpectedly. Kal was a dedicated, loving husband, father, son, brother and friend. 

Kal leaves behind a four-year-old daughter named Kinsley, a four-month-old daughter named Khloee, and his recently married wife Kim Grady (Pellerin). Kal was best pals with his brother Greg, helped hundreds of people maintain their sobriety over the last few years, and worked tirelessly as a mechanic to support his growing family. People will remember Kal's witty sense of humor, his huge smile, and his piercing blue eyes (which fortunately live on in his two beautiful daughters). 

With all the emotional pain and stress that death brings, it also brings financial burdens. The funds will go first to repaying the funeral/death-related expenses that Greg Grady Sr. has covered. The rest of the money will be going to Kim and Shani for the girls. Shani will be taking care of Kinsley until further notice and Kim will be with Khloee. I (Jeff) will be in charge of the money and will write the 3 said checks accordingly.

Nothing replaces a father, but any amount of financial support will be very much appreciated and hopefully lead to an opportunity, adventure, or positive memory for the girls.

We ask that you keep our families in your thoughts and prayers- and not only for us but as a much too often needed reminder to not take your loved ones for granted because you never know if they will be there tomorrow.
