In Loving Memory of Kennedi Westcarr-Sabaroche: Helping Raise Her Daughter and Honour Her Legacy.

On April 6th, 2024, our world shattered with the tragic loss of Kennedi Westcarr-Sabaroche. Kennedi aged 25, a vibrant and loving soul, was murdered through an act of domestic violence, leaving behind her cherished 2-year-old daughter. Her passing has left a void that echoes in the hearts of her family and friends.

As the youngest of four siblings, she was the family’s beacon of optimism, a lover of people, a cheerleader when you need one and her moral compass always pointed in the right direction.

She was someone who cherished moments, finding joy in dancing, trying new things, and spending time with loved ones. Kennedi's upbeat nature and love for TikTok dances and karaoke were contagious, and she approached life with a 'cup half-full' attitude, always finding reasons to be grateful.

Kennedi embraced motherhood like a duck to water, diving into it with the same enthusiasm she brought to every aspect of her life. She devoted her time to her daughter’s learning and development, and championed the nursery staff who supported that journey. Due to her tragic and unexpected death, Linda, Kennedi’s mother, who will now take on the responsibility of raising Kennedi's daughter, acknowledges the need for financial support to keep her daughter in nursery.
The goal is to ensure that Kennedi’s daughter thrives in her educational, social, and emotional development and doesn't miss out on any of the experiences her mother dreamed of for her. Kennedi also had a long list in the notes on her phone of all the activities she wanted to do with her daughter, family, and friends. From visits to Kid Zania and the London Aquarium to fruit picking, baking sessions and life sized Monopoly, Kennedi was determined to create lasting memories and a fulfilling life.

As Kennedi's family, we are rallying together to raise funds to give her a lovely funeral and send-off, befitting of the beautiful soul she was. We want to ensure that Kennedi receives a farewell that reflects the love and joy she brought to our lives.

Your support will not only honour Kennedi's memory but also provide her daughter with the care, and opportunities she deserves. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a difference in shaping the future of a young life and keeping Kennedi's legacy alive. Thank you for your kindness and generosity during this difficult time.

In acknowledgment of the circumstances surrounding her passing, we've included information about UK-based organisations that offer support and resources to individuals and families affected by domestic violence.
