In Memory of Kevin Shade

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of a dear member of the ACS family, Kevin Shade.  On Saturday November 7, 2020, we learned Kevin Shade, one of our field technicians, was involved in a car accident.  Over the next several days Kevin fought to recover. However, at 2:36 am, Friday, November 13, 2020, Kevin suffered a heart attack and passed away. He was a great member of our team and will be dearly missed. Kevin is survived by his Daughter, 7 year old Ke’Miah Shade, and his Fiancée Kelina Matthews. Please keep Kevin’s family in your thoughts and prayers as they go through this difficult time. ACS Inc. will be making an initial contribution of $10,000.00 to this fund to help Kevin’s family get through this unbelievably tough time.

The following is a statement prepared by Kevin's family:

Kevin Shade unexpectedly passed away on November 13, 2020 from a car accident sustained on November 7, 2020. To say that we are shocked is an understatement. Kevin was the best Father, Son, Brother, and Friend a family could ask for, and we are completely lost without him. He was an amazing father and family man. He leaves behind an incredibly strong daughter, Ke’Miah, and a huge family who loves and misses his fun loving and family-oriented personality. We are raising money to cover the cost of his funeral service. We are overwhelmed and appreciative of the support shown so far and cannot thank you all enough for helping our family during this time.
