Service In Memory of Kyle Martineau
Donation protected
On August 12, 2020, Kyle Martineau unexpectedly passed away at the age of 23. Kyle was everyone's favorite son, brother, cousin, nephew, grandson, and friend. Kyle was a lot of things, but the most special thing about him was his ability to always make you feel inconceivably loved, heard, and important. A million things could be happening in the world and Kyle would be sure to take the time to check in on you. That is just who he was. Now, a million things are happening in the world, and more than anything, we long for the day when all of the people who Kyle touched in this life can come together, because anyone who knew Kyle, even for a second, knew that more than anything, he valued love and good company.
This service will provide comfort for so many who have struggled to find peace since he left us. As Kyle's friends, it is incredibly difficult to find the words to ask for help during this time of grief, but help is needed. Kyle's favorite person in the entire world is his 17-year-old little sister, Bella. He would do anything for her. Whether it was giving Bella his friends’ (that she hardly knew) numbers to make sure she knew she had mentors to talk to about life and future career goals, or constantly reminding everyone that Bella was the best friend and little sister he could ever have and he was going to do anything to make sure she lived the best life imaginable—he did it. Bella, like Kyle, is very strong but would never ask for help, but has mentioned that a beautiful service for Kyle is, "all that she wants".
Funds will go toward a service in memory of Kyle, and any excess will go directly to Bella to support her during this difficult time of losing her person as she finishes her senior year of high school and continues forward with college.
We understand that these are difficult times, so any contribution you can make is greatly appreciated. If you are unable to help financially, we ask that you continue to live life the way Kyle always did: through an abundance of love and thoughtfulness. Thank you for even reading this.
