In Memory of Laura Riley

Donation protected

My best friend, my hero, my mom, Laura Anne Stockdell Riley, went home to heaven on January 16th, 2023.

After a five month battle with Pancreatic cancer, she had a very peaceful and comfortable passing while surrounded by her closest family.

She left behind her sons, Owen (14) and Grant (11), and her daughter Ella (18).

Our mom hated asking for help - she was always a strong headed, independent woman. But, I'd like to think she would find joy in others helping her children through the most difficult point in their life.

While my mother set aside money for us to use on school and basic living, there is not much left over to use for forgotten necessities, like celebration of life costs, cremation expenses, funds for Spirit Pieces, and other financial burdens the living are left with once a loved one passes. So now we ask for the help of Laura's countless friends and family members.

The "goal" is set at $5,000 because that's what was suggested by GoFundMe, but there is absolutely no amount too small or large that we couldn't use to make these next couple of hard months slightly easier.

An eternal "thank you" to those who have the means to help and to those who share.

Love to all,
Ella Riley
