It is with tremendous sadness that we share the passing of Lee Hitt, a loving husband to his wife Tina, of 26 years, and father of his beautiful girls Madison and Nicole. Lee passed tragically on Tuesday, March 28th, 2023.

Not only was Lee a dedicated father and husband, he was also a friend to everyone and always a helping-hand to anyone who needed it. A business owner on the mountain and a proud Veteran, Lee was very much part of his community and actively helped local Veteran groups. Many of us know Lee to be incredibly giving, loving, and kind-hearted. He would be the first person to give the shirt off his back and has done so many times, without hesitation. That’s just the kind of person Lee was.

We are all devastated by the loss of Lee, and the weight of his passing has reached us all. We want to collectively give Lee the memorial he deserves and make sure his family is helped to be cared for at this time. We kindly ask our community to join us in giving the Hitt family some comfort and security in a desperate time of need. We hope to be able to give back to Lee’s family the way he has given to so many of us.
