In Loving Memory of Luis Aguero

In loving memory of Jose Luis Andrade Aguero, better know as Luis Aguero.

I met Luis because he started working at my company in August 2021. It was not before long that I knew how special this man was. Full of life and energy, Luis brought smiles and a positive attitude to everyone he interacted with. He was a true friend. I will cherish Luis forever, especially my visit to him in Tijuana in 2022.

He was such a beautiful soul and willing to help anyone with anything at anytime. He was the perfect example of a man of integrity.

Luis was employed with CCSI, Call Center Services International from 2014 - 2020 where he became a supervisor and trainer, overseeing and training over 300 people before working at Beyond Marketing.

He loved motorcycles, swimming in the ocean, and he loved dogs. At one point, Luis and his wife cared for 8 dogs!

Luis was a man of faith and a man of God.

Luis leaves behind his wife, Griselda "Chris" and daughter Maritza.

In the words of his wife, Chris:

"It is with profound sadness that I announce the passing of Jose Luis. He passed away peacefully on July 28, 2024, at 7:30 a.m. at home the way he wanted.

It was a few days after his 55' birthdate. He worked for Beyond Marketing and he loved every minute. No matter what he did he excelled, and he always strived for more.

He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered for his charismatic and

playful personality. He was always willing to help anyone that needed him."

In the words of his co-worker, Nick Polega:

"Papa Luis was a heads down, hardworking, and motivating. When you look at the his numbers he produced its makes your head Spin. Around 100+ outbound dials a day, sometime way more. Luis truly was a integral gear in this Beyond Machine and will be irreplaceable.

Outside of work I only wish had more opportunity to get to know him. I can say this, from what he has shared openly on the CHPC sessions with Sebastian and the team. He LOVED his family. When he spoke about his family, you can smell the dedication and passion. Inspiring for me. He LOVED his dogs, and he LOVED working here at Beyond Marketing. Ive heard him say "This is the best job he has ever had." You know what, He is right. We cannot take the opportunity that is in front of us for granted. We are all blessed to do what we do.

Luis thank you for everything, Truly a Legend and will never be forgotten"

In the words of his former colleague, Brynda Mortimer:

"He was such a kind person, and I give all of my prayers to his family.

I know a few years ago, when our team in the Philippines experienced a life changing typhoon, he offered to give up his paycheck to try and make sure KP (who was hit the hardest), would be okay.

I know he and I bonded over dogs, but the thing that will always stuck out to me was how much he loved his daughter, and how our high performance conversations always came back to how he works so hard to provide a wonderful life for his family."
