In memory of Luis & Supporting the Family with sudden loss

With heavy hearts, our thoughts and prayers go to the entire

Ramirez - Satizabal & Gomez Family impacted by the sudden loss of Señor Luis Ramirez that occurred yesterday 15th of August 2024.

What was suppose to be a beautiful holiday reunion between Luis his children and grandchildren has now turned into a nightmare after only a short 6 days since arriving into Australia from Colombia. It has been 6yrs since he had last visited, so seeing his daughter, son and 5 grand children 2 which he had not met before is truly heart breaking.

Yesterday Luis suffered from a random heart attack that ultimately took his life walking around casually at ED SQAURE paramedics confirmed he was lifeless but he was rushed to Liverpool hospital where the news was confirmed that he has passed.

With his birthday just a few days away the timing of this tragic sudden loss has taken a huge toll emotionally but also financially.

Due to Luis being in Australia from Colombia on a visiting tourist visa we are not sure what type of cost we are looking at, as we gather information to see options for his Funeral and any other added expenses due to his visa status and no travel insurance.

This GoFundMe has been started to ease the financial strain on my step mum Soriada and dad as they navigate thru this incredibly difficult time along with the rest of the family.

Con gran pesar, nuestros pensamientos y oraciones van a toda la Familia Ramírez - Satizabal y Gómez impactada por la repentina pérdida del Señor Luis que ocurrió ayer 15 de agosto de 2024.

Lo que se suponía que sería una hermosa reunión entre Luis, sus hijos y sus 5 nietos 2 que no avia conocido antes, ahora se ha convertido en una pesadilla después de solo 6 días desde que llego a Australia de Colombia después de 6 años es realmente muy trsite.

Ayer Luis caminando con su hijo y nieta en el centro comercial de Ed Square sufrió un infarto que finalmente le quitó la vida. Los paramédicos confirmaron que estaba sin vida pero lo llevaron de urgencia al hospital de Liverpool donde se confirmó la noticia de que había fallecido.

Con su cumpleaños a solo unos días de distancia, el momento de esta trágica pérdida ha tenido un gran costo emocional pero también financiero. Luis esta en Australia desde Colombia con una visa de turista visitante, no estamos seguros de qué tipo de costo estamos esperando para el funeral y cualquier otro gasto adicional por el estado de su visa y sin seguro de viaje tambien.

Este GoFundMe se inició para aliviar la tensión financiera de mi madrastra Soriada y mi padre mientras en este momento increíblemente difícil junto con el resto de la familia y especialmente sus nietos.
