In Memory of Mac Turner: Honoring His Life & Legacy

It is with profound sorrow and heavy hearts that the Turner family shares the tragic passing of their beloved Mac Turner on August 29th, just three weeks past his 28th birthday. Mac was not only a cherished son, brother, cousin, nephew, and friend but a guiding light to everyone who knew him. His kindness, humor, and deep sense of compassion touched the lives of so many. However, beneath his radiant spirit, Mac struggled with burdens that ultimately led him to take his own life.

As his family — his sisters Ellie and Jen, and father Tom —grieve this unimaginable loss, they are in need of support to honor Mac’s memory. Support will go towards a memorial, planned for October 19th, 2024, that reflects the love and light he brought into the world, and offer vital support to his family as they work through their grief and focus on healing from this profound tragedy.
