In memory of Maria Lara. RARE(1 in a 1,000,000) PEComa tumor

Hello, my name is Alan Valdez. I am saddened by the reality that my mother, Maria Lara, born 08-11-1972, has passed away on 12-13-2024. She is the mother of 4 children: Vanessa, Ariana, Valdemar, and Alan. She was a loving, caring, and hardworking mother who displayed bravery and great effort to fight through and make ends meet.

I am reaching out to all friends, family, and people who may help my family during this difficult time. My mother was diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive malignant tumor known as a PEComa. The rarity of this disease is 1 in 1,000,000 (one in a million) as told by the oncologists. We were seeking medical attention, but it was very advanced, and due to the rarity and behavior of this disease and its difficulty to examine and diagnose, time was cut short, and it took her life.

All and any help is appreciated and accepted with love and gratitude that we make use of donations for her funeral costs and services, in addition to any medical bills, and possibly giving a spot with my sister who also passed, Vanessa Valdez (05/30/1991 - 08/16/2018), so that we may put her vase with my mother and let them rest together.

She is survived by 3 children.
