In Memory of Maribel Rangel

Dear family, friends, and colleagues, it is with a heavy heart that our beloved Maribel Rangel entered the gates of heaven on Thursday, May 26, 2022. She was a devoted Mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She is someone who made an impact on every person she encountered, from the students and staff she worked with, to the friendships she developed. Maribel touched the lives of many, greeting everyone with her contagious smile and laughter. Though she is no longer with us physically, she will always be in our hearts. Maribel will be deeply missed by all, but most of all, by her biggest blessing who she leaves behind, Daniel Mateo. Maribel had a bucket list of places to visit and things to do with her family, that unfortunately she will no longer be able to fulfill. We appreciate everyone’s support and love during this difficult time.
For those asking how to contribute we have set up a GoFundMe account to help assist Daniel (husband) and Mateo (4yr. old son) throughout the weeks and months to come. At this time we would like to thank you all for your thoughts and prayers, and another thank you to those who helped contribute to this GoFundMe account.

Querida familia, amigos y colegas, con gran pesar en el corazón, nuestra amada Maribel Rangel entró por las puertas del cielo el jueves 26 de mayo de 2022. Ella fue una devota Madre, esposa, hija, hermana, tía y amiga. Ella es alguien que tuvo un impacto en cada persona que conoció, desde los estudiantes y el personal con el que trabajó, hasta las amistades que desarrolló. Maribel tocó la vida de muchos, saludando a todos con su sonrisa y risas contagiosas. Aunque ya no está con nosotros físicamente, siempre estará en nuestros corazones. Maribel será profundamente extrañada por todos, pero sobre todo, por su mayor bendición, a quien deja atrás, Daniel Mateo. Maribel tenía una lista de deseos de lugares para visitar y cosas que hacer con su familia, que lamentablemente ya no podrá cumplir. Agradecemos el apoyo y el amor de todos durante este momento difícil. Para aquellos que preguntan cómo contribuir, hemos creado una cuenta de GoFundMe para ayudar a Daniel (esposo) y Mateo (hijo de 4 años) durante las próximas semanas y meses.
