In Memory of Mark Praner

Mark was a dear friend to so many. His life enriched everyone he came into contact with. Mark was born with a rare disease called Hunters syndrome that restricted his mobility and over time affects organs such as the heart. In the end it caused him to leave us far too soon.

Mark never let his condition dictate his life. In the 30+ years I have known him he taught me how life is only what you make of it. Those that knew Mark never saw him as different...simply special to us all. He meant something special to each one of us. He leaves a hole that simply can never be filled.

Mark's treatment was only partially covered by insurance. His family Is going to grieve for a long time over his passing. What we as friends can do is take a page from Mark and be as selfless as he was. Please give what you can to help lighten this financial burden off his family.

Thank you all for reaching out before this page was even started offering to donate to help the family. We all had an idea of the lives Mark touched but only in his passing have we seen just how many people that really is.

Rest In Peace dear friend. The world wasn't big enough for your heart. Thank you for allowing us to bear witness to how amazing you were.
