Matias Rogers Memorial Fund

On Wednesday, June 16, 2021, Matías Rogers passed away in a tragic accident and was taken away from us too soon. 

Matías was a son, brother, grandson, nephew, friend, teammate and a budding chef who was loved by many and respected by all in his presence. “The boys” knew him by the nickname, “Mayo” who was about “chill vibes” only - a talented athlete who was one of the top sophomore runners in the entire country. A high honors AP student, Matías finished the 2020-21 school year with a 4.3 GPA at Liberty High School. He had a heart of gold and was a ray of sunshine to all, who himself had a bright and lofty future ahead of him.

This GoFundMe was created to help alleviate financial stress for his family during this heartbreaking time. No one should have to financially plan for a funeral for their child.
