In Memory of Matthew Joseph Thomas

Matthew Joseph Thomas, 40, of Brandon, FL, passed away suddenly on Friday, January 12, 2018.  Mr. Matt, as he was so affectionately known, was a teacher's assistant at First Baptist Brandon Christian Academy.  Matt was a celebrity at FBBCA.  He was famous for his thoughtful napkin notes and artwork that he personalized for so many kids.  His impact was real, referred to as the "real deal", a true man of God and a special part of FBBCA that will be missed so dearly.  Matt, you touched so many hearts with your never ending smile, positive attitude, wonderful sense of humor and love for all you came in contact with.   Thank you for always being that shining star, the brightest light!!  We should all try to be more like Matt!! 

In addition to the school family Matt left behind, also left behind was a loving wife, Julia, an adult son Zavier and three young children, Parker, Josh and Emma.  The purpose of this fund is to provide some financial support for the family during these difficult times.  Whatever you can spare would be much appreciated.  Matt gave his all, please consider giving him a little something back.
