We are saddened by the loss of a very wonderful individual and beautiful soul. Matthew Lee Mercado tragically, passed away Wednesday May 8th 2019. Everyone who knew Matt loved and cherished him. Matt was the type of person in which you could count one, he was an amazing son, brother, friend and father of two boys. Matt always had a wonderful grace and presence to him that shinned when he walked into a room. His beautiful warming smile and infectious laugh captivated everyone who knew him. He touched the hearts of so many people he came into contact with and will be greatly missed.
The Mercado family has been a huge part to so many peoples lives, my life growing up has had so many wonderful memories of all of them. They have truly touched the lives of so many of us. They have always been very welcoming, supportive, loving and caring to so many people that they have known, especially their children and family.
In honor of Matt, there has been a fundraiser created in his name to help his family with the unexpected funeral and burial costs. Many have asked how they can help and this is one way we can meet some of the needs for this amazing family.
