Hello, my name is Paula and I am Charles' girlfriend. Charles is Melissa's brother. I have been working with their mom, Cathy through much of this process and will continue to be here for her sons Braden and Hunter long after.
With the tragic loss of Melissa, all who knew her are at a loss for words. She was an amazing mother of two, daughter, sister, friend, co-worker, and wife. We have been asked by many in the community and family far away, how they can help, and if they can contribute to the costs of her untimely passing; as well as contribute to the boys' coming needs. They not only lost their mother in death but their father as well.
The outpour of support is truly heartwarming.
As the week goes on we have realized all we are facing and the help we truly need.
We hope to raise enough to assist in some small way with the costs of final arrangements for Melissa, attorneys fees, and the boys immediate coming needs as their lives change. We're not entirely sure what an appropriate goal would be, but any help is a start.
